If you buy a new moving box for 1.50 euros, you shouldn't expect it to last too long. At AFLEX you can buy moving boxes that can withstand the strain and don't cost much. It is also possible to rent boxes or buy used boxes in good condition, possibly from private sources. There are always ways to save money, but they should never be at the expense of quality. After all, it is fundamentally important that your boxes do not tear or open on the day of the move. At AFLEX you will receive appropriate advice.

How do I book my move with AFLEX?

The shortest way is via our online inquiry, which you can use to contact us free of charge. If you prefer to talk rather than write, call us during office hours between 9 am and 5 pm. Of course we also answer e-mails and welcome you personally in our company. Once everything has been clarified, you can book.

Do I need to prepare anything before the move takes place?

That depends on which services you book with AFLEX. If you want to move as relaxed as possible, book our packing and unpacking service and add our furniture assembly. In this case, there is hardly anything left for you to do. Otherwise, you pack everything into boxes and dismantle your furniture yourself before the day of the move.

Are there any extra costs such as travel and the like?

Before you book with AFLEX, you will receive a clear written quote. This costs you nothing - and you have the advantage of seeing all the prices and being able to calculate them perfectly. Of course, these are fixed prices and we do not charge any extra costs. So you are not only on the safe side financially.

What are the payment options at AFLEX?

AFLEX will send you a proper invoice in accordance with the offer you received from us beforehand. You pay this as usual by bank transfer or in cash against receipt. Please discuss other digital payment options with our customer service team, we will make everything possible.

Do I have to be available during the move?

You should at least be available by telephone during your move for any queries. However, most removals take place in the presence of the client, who will give instructions on site and represent their wishes. If you cannot be present in person, you must of course give our team access to the rooms in question and communicate all the details of the move in advance.

Can I deduct the move from my taxes?
