Do I need to prepare anything before my transportation service takes place?

You only need to prepare something if we have made a corresponding agreement. For example, you may want to put your bulky waste out on the street instead of keeping it in your home. However, our employees can also collect the waste from your living room or cellar on request.

What payment options are available?

There are several payment options to choose from. You can discuss the details with our customer support team. You will receive our fixed-price invoice after the work has been completed, after which you can hand over the outstanding amount in cash against a receipt, transfer it or make a digital payment. If something is damaged: Is AFLEX insured?

For AFLEX, good insurance is a matter of course. Wherever people work, things can go wrong and we want to protect our customers from damage. However, our loss ratio is very low, but in the rare case that something does happen, your financial compensation is assured.
