What is included in a disposal?

At AFLEX, disposal includes collection on site, removal and unloading at the appropriate landfill . We take hazardous waste to the hazardous waste landfill, construction waste to the recycling center, and so on. You don't have to take the garbage to the street to be picked up: just tell us the pickup location and our employees will pick up, for example, the old sofa from your apartment or the defective garden furniture from the pavilion. This means that with us you no longer have to bother, the entire transport is our responsibility if you wish.

When it comes to time, the details also matter. How much waste needs to be disposed of, what type of waste is it and how difficult is collection and transport? How do I book disposal with AFLEX?

Contact us by phone or online, whatever suits you. Anyone who lives nearby is invited to come by and talk to us in person. Our opening hours are every Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. We answer emails as promptly as possible. You will first receive a fixed price offer from us.

Do I have to prepare anything if disposal is due?

If you want and can, provide us with the waste and we will quickly load it and transport it away. However, this is not absolutely necessary; we can also carry the waste in question out of your apartment or get it out of the garden, for example - depending on where it is.

Are there any additional costs for disposal, such as travel?

You will always find out about all costs from AFLEX in advance, nothing remains hidden. The invoice contains the same items as your cost estimate, everything presented transparently and clearly. As a reputable company, we don't like hidden fees any more than you do, so we'll be open and honest with you.

What payment options are there?

At AFLEX you always pay by invoice, whether by bank transfer, cash or digitally. Sometimes an advance payment is due; in individual cases there is the option of paying in installments. Talk to our customer support about it, they will present you the options and you can then make an informed decision.

Do I have to be available for disposal?

In any case, we need access to the location where we can collect the waste in question. You only need to be present in person if there is anything unclear and you first have to show us the waste. It is often enough if you give us an access option and your mobile number for questions. We will then independently follow your previously given instructions.

Can I deduct disposal from tax?

This depends on the individual case; we recommend speaking to your tax advisor. The billed hours may be considered household services. If you place the order on behalf of a company, you have the option of claiming operating costs. And as the landlord of a hoarder apartment, there is probably something you can do for tax purposes.

Is AFLEX insured in the event of damage?

High-quality insurance is part of a reputable company. If our employees cause any damage to you, please contact us directly and the costs incurred will be paid. This happens extremely rarely in our professional company, but we only employ people for whom something can go wrong from time to time.
